[ She's so upset she can't tell if Hawke is serious or not, and that makes things worse. ]

The flowers were dead, Hawke.

And they did not get up and dance as I was working.

[ Duh. Although it was more along the lines of 'she's not that bad once you get to know her and she's not keeping you captive.' ]

[ Hawke is exaggerating, obviously, just as she'd said Varric had when he'd written his book. Cassandra feels sure that he would never have said anything of the sort. ]

Alright, well, I guess we have nothing really to go on. We'll have to wait until it happens again.

I mean, so far you haven't described anything that sounds bad though, maybe your ability isn't a big deal so you don't have to worry about it. Or maybe it's great and you'll eventually figure it out.

[ Which he definitely is not, but Cassandra believes very strongly in his omnipotence so. ]
